Clinical Audiologist & Certified Dementia Practitioner

Dr. Jessie Bell's journey in audiology began with a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University in 2010, leading to her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Tennessee in 2014. While studying in Knoxville, she was a dedicated Public Relations officer for the Student Academy of Audiology and volunteered with Tennessee Hands and Voices. After completing her 4th-year externship at Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery in Evansville, Indiana, she made her way to Memphis.

In 2017, Dr. Bell founded Memphis Audiology, with a dedication to providing top-quality hearing healthcare. Driven to enhance her business acumen and leadership skills, Dr. Bell received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration and leadership from West Coast University in 2024. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. 

In November 2022, Dr. Bell transitioned from patient care to focus on the daily operations of Memphis Audiology. She currently resides in Hailey, ID, traveling regularly to Memphis. Dr. Bell continues to champion quality hearing healthcare and empower consumers with knowledge about hearing technology. In her free time, you can find her exploring the outdoors through hiking, immersed in a good book, or hitting the ski slopes.

Clinical Audiologist & Certified Dementia Practitioner

Dr. Mackenzie T. Bryan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in 2017 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Memphis (UofM) in 2021. While studying at USM, she became proficient in American Sign Language (ASL). During her time as a graduate student at the UofM, she served in several leadership roles including Philanthropy Chair and Hospitality Chair for the National Student Speech-Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA). Dr. Bryan completed her 4th year externship at The Hearing Center at The Medical Center Clinic in Pensacola, Florida before moving back home to Memphis. She is certified to practice audiology in Tennessee and holds her certificate of clinical confidence through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Bryan has a passion for hearing aids, tinnitus, and aural rehabilitation. When she’s away from work, she enjoys spending time in her garden and doing flea-market flips. Patient Care Coordinator

With nearly two decades of experience in the hearing aid industry, Debi has thrived in her role at Memphis Audiology since we first opened our practice in October 2017. She feels we have created a wonderful place to work by being attentive to the needs of our patients and truly caring about improving their quality of life. She takes great pride in her job as well as keeping Dr. Bell on schedule. Her favorite co-worker, however, is Tonks! She is a lifelong resident of Southaven, MS and recently purchased the house where she grew up. In her spare time, Debi enjoys shooting pistols, attending estate sales (the thrill of the hunt), vacationing in Florida, and spending time with friends and family.
