Clinical Audiologist

Dr. Jessie Bell received her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in 2010 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Tennessee in 2014. While studying at CMU she majored in Communication Disorders and minored in American Sign Language. After moving to Knoxville to study for her Au.D. she served as the Public Relations officer for the local Student Academy of Audiology and volunteered for the Knoxville chapter of Tennessee Hands and Voices. Dr. Bell completed her 4th year externship at Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery in Evansville, Indiana before moving to Memphis to work for a local private practice. After a few years of working in Memphis, she decided to broaden her experience and moved to Hawaii for a year. Here she worked for another local private practice as the sole Audiologist at the Maui location. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is also a Fellow with the American Academy of Audiology. In 2017, Dr. Bell opened Memphis Audiology with a view to bring patients the best quality hearing health care in the area. 

 In November 2022, Dr. Bell decided to take a step back from seeing patients and focus on the daily operations of the business. She now lives in Hailey, ID while traveling to Memphis regularly. Dr. Bell continues to be passionate about providing quality hearing health care as well as educating consumers about hearing technology. When not in the office you can find her hiking, reading a book, or alpine and nordic skiing.

Clinical Audiologist

Dr. Mackenzie T. Bryan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in 2017 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Memphis (UofM) in 2021. While studying at USM, she became proficient in American Sign Language (ASL). During her time as a graduate student at the UofM, she served in several leadership roles including Philanthropy Chair and Hospitality Chair for the National Student Speech-Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA). Dr. Bryan completed her 4th year externship at The Hearing Center at The Medical Center Clinic in Pensacola, Florida before moving back home to Memphis. She is certified to practice audiology in Tennessee and holds her certificate of clinical confidence through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Bryan has a passion for hearing aids, tinnitus, and aural rehabilitation. When she’s away from work, she enjoys spending time in her garden and doing flea-market flips. Clinical Audiologist

With nearly two decades of experience in the hearing aid industry, Debi has thrived in her role at Memphis Audiology since we first opened our practice in October 2017. She feels we have created a wonderful place to work by being attentive to the needs of our patients and truly caring about improving their quality of life. She takes great pride in her job as well as keeping Dr. Bell on schedule. Her favorite co-worker, however, is Tonks! She is a lifelong resident of Southaven, MS and recently purchased the house where she grew up. In her spare time, Debi enjoys shooting pistols, attending estate sales (the thrill of the hunt), vacationing in Florida, and spending time with friends and family.
